This bike had nos tires, I only rode it a little bit, they were very rough, the bike bounced up and down like a gravel truck.

This is an all white 38 that was in an old enthusiast, I have always wanted to do an all white
pre war bike. Hopefully someday a customer's interest in an all white 38 will align with mine. hint hint.
